What is this store's return and exchange policy?

Return Can be reship or money back

Return due to our fault entirely our responsibility as a responsible seller

Return enclosing photo image of the buyer, without image photo we did not respond

Errors caused Inputting orders by the buyer (wrong address, name, country etc.) Are not our responsibility

 

how to cancel my order?

Get yourself carefully before making order

Orders can be canceled 12 hours after place an order, then the order can not be canceled

Orders are processed can not be canceled because we had to use materials which of course the cost of production has occurred

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 business days.
